Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please understand that we do not provide any refunds or returns on any merchandise items after twenty-four hours of the time of purchase. Once cremated remains have been placed in an urn or keepsake jewelry item, no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed.

All our services that we provide and that have been selected are final sales and no refunds will be given once a service has been performed. If the funeral contract is signed by a purchaser and the contract has not been substantially performed, the purchaser has 24 hours in which to cancel the contract, without penalty, but is subject to payment for services provided to the time of cancellation.
